Welcome to Andressa Artist. By accessing this website, requesting information, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services:

Andressa Artist provides tattoo services, custom tattoo design, piercing services, consultations, and related aftercare guidance.
All tattoo designs and appointments are personalized based on each client’s ideas, preferences, placement, skin, and overall suitability for the requested service.
We reserve the right to decline or modify any request that may not be appropriate for technical, artistic, health, safety, legal, or ethical reasons.

2. Appointments and Consultations:

Tattoo inquiries usually begin through Instagram or direct communication, where clients may share ideas, references, placement preferences, and other relevant details.
Piercing appointments may be scheduled directly through the online calendar when available.
Submitting an inquiry, sending references, or booking a consultation does not guarantee that a service will be performed. Final approval is subject to availability, suitability, legal requirements, health and safety considerations, and artist discretion.

3. Designs and Approval:

Custom tattoo designs are created based on the information provided by the client.
A sketch or design preview may be shared before the appointment for approval when applicable. Final details such as size, placement, proportions, and composition may be adjusted in person directly on the client’s body to ensure the best possible result.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the design, spelling, placement, and final details before the tattoo process begins.

4. Pricing, Deposits, and Payments

Pricing may vary depending on the service, size, placement, complexity, and time required.
To secure a tattoo appointment, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the final tattoo price.
The deposit becomes non-refundable once the design has been created.
Deposits may be sent through approved payment methods provided during the booking process, which may include Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Cash.
Final pricing and payment details will be communicated before the service is performed.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify Andressa Artist at least 48 hours in advance in order to transfer your deposit to a new date.
Cancellations made after the design has been created, late rescheduling requests, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in loss of the deposit.
Andressa Artist reserves the right to refuse future bookings in cases of repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, disrespectful communication, or failure to follow appointment policies.

6. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for arriving on time, following preparation instructions, providing accurate health information, and disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, skin conditions, or other factors that may affect the service.
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided. Tattoo and piercing healing results may vary depending on skin type, placement, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing process.
Andressa Artist is not responsible for complications, fading, irritation, infection, or poor healing caused by improper aftercare, failure to follow instructions, or undisclosed health information

7. Age and Identification Requirements:

Clients may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID before receiving any tattoo or piercing service.
Florida law places restrictions on tattooing and body piercing services for minors. For tattooing, Florida law prohibits tattooing a minor child younger than 16 except in limited medical or dental circumstances. For body piercing, Florida Department of Health guidance states that piercing a minor requires written notarized consent from a parent or legal guardian, and minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian where applicable.
Andressa Artist reserves the right to refuse service if legal age, identification, consent, or documentation requirements are not met.

8. Health, Safety, and Hygiene:

Andressa Artist is committed to providing services in a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Clients must not attend an appointment if they are sick, experiencing symptoms of contagious illness, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or otherwise unable to safely receive the service.
Florida Department of Health guidance states that tattoo artists and tattoo establishments must be licensed, and tattooing should involve clean surroundings, gloves, sterile single-use needles, and properly portioned pigments per customer.

9. Results and Healing:

Tattoo and piercing results may vary from person to person. Factors such as skin type, placement, lifestyle, sun exposure, aftercare, immune response, and healing habits may affect the final appearance.
Fine line tattoos are delicate by nature and may require careful aftercare and, in some cases, touch-ups.
No specific healing result, final appearance, longevity, or aging outcome is guaranteed

10. Intellectual Property:

All custom tattoo designs, artwork, sketches, website content, images, branding, and creative materials created by Andressa Artist remain the intellectual property of Andressa Artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, sell, copy, or use custom designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Photography and Content:

Andressa Artist may ask to photograph or record completed work for portfolio, website, social media, educational, or promotional purposes.
Client privacy and comfort are respected. If you do not want your tattoo, piercing, face, name, or body shown publicly, please notify Andressa Artist before or during your appointment

12. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andressa Artist shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, communication channels, appointments, tattoo services, piercing services, or aftercare.
Clients understand that tattoos and piercings involve natural risks, including but not limited to discomfort, irritation, allergic reactions, infection, scarring, fading, migration, or other healing-related complications.

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It should not be considered medical advice.

14. Privacy:
